Mission Statement

Our mission at Optim is to keep employees healthy and working. If they become injured or ill - whether on or off the job, our goal is to get them back to work and in good health as quickly as possible.

We accomplish this by:

• hiring and training exceptional occupational health nurses and other medical and safety professionals
• providing them with proven systems and best practices, and
• using our staff and systems to control cost and improve health and safety outcomes for our clients
